Meet YOUR PROVIDER, AMANDA!

I’m a Florida native and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping patients improve their health, confidence, and overall quality of life. After years of caring for patients with chronic health conditions, I saw firsthand how closely weight can be connected to the way we feel, move, and experience everyday life. That experience led me to focus my practice on medical weight management and GLP-1–based treatment.

I created MedWell to offer a simpler, more personalized approach to weight loss—one that moves beyond quick fixes and one-size-fits-all programs. My goal is to help patients find a treatment plan that is medically appropriate, realistic, and sustainable for their individual needs. For patients who qualify, this may include GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide or tirzepatide, along with ongoing monitoring, education, and support throughout their weight-loss journey.

At MedWell, patients have direct access to a healthcare provider who understands that weight loss is personal and that progress looks different for everyone. My focus is not simply on the number on the scale, but on helping patients make meaningful improvements in their health and feel better in their everyday lives.

Outside of caring for my patients, I love spending time with my husband and children enjoying the Florida sunshine. You can often find us by the pool, camping under the stars, or visiting theme parks for a little fun and adventure. Florida has always been home, and I’m proud to serve my community while helping patients work toward healthier, more confident versions of themselves.
